    Together with Fiona Bennett, you will transform vintage hats, reshaping, adapting, and turning them into your personal dream hat. We provide one-on-one guidance to help you find the proportions that suit you best. Complete your unique masterpiece with trimmings, ribbons, appliqués, or embroidery.

    Workshop Details

    • Duration: 2 days, 12:00–6:00 PM each day
    • Participation fee: €400
    • Materials provided: cleaned vintage hat collection, ribbons, felt, beads
    • Sewing skills: helpful but not required
    • Participants: max. 15 people

    Bring-along option:
    Special favorite finds, fine fabric scraps, beads, favorite ribbons, or small treasures you’ve kept for a long time but never used.

    For the May to July dates, we are delighted to welcome you to Schlossgarten Petzow,
    Zelterstraße 4 C, 14542 Werder (Havel). The workshops will take place outdoors, surrounded by idyllic nature, from 12:00–6:00 PM. During these sessions, we will be working with straw materials.

    For creatives from stage, film, design, and styling:

    Expand your knowledge and learn how to use and transform hats effectively. In this workshop, you will create an upcycled felt hat and learn hat-making techniques.

Together, we'll delve into the world of millinery: I provide the materials and instructions, and you and your guests will create your own unique hats. We bring everything we need and transform your space into a creative studio.
